PP blister cups are disposable packaging containers made from polypropylene (PP) sheets through vacuum thermoforming. Using PP resin as the base material, toughening agents, brighteners, and other additives are blended, extruded, and calendared into sheets. These sheets are then formed into cup shapes via heat molding technology. Characterized by light weight, transparency, safety, and temperature resistance, PP blister cups are widely used in the food, beverage, and catering industries.

● High-Temperature Resistance: Heat distortion temperature of approximately 65°C, suitable for short-term exposure to heat (e.g., hot beverages), but not recommended for long-term high-temperature use;
